Based on the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of the company's shareholders held on 2/5/2023 regarding the distribution of cash dividends for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2022, the National Industries Company (K.P.S.C.) [NICBM] To announce to the honorable shareholders that cash dividends will start to be distributed to shareholders as of Wednesday 31/5/2023 at 10% of the nominal value of the share (i.e. 10 fils in cash per share). Note that the cash profits will be transferred to the bank accounts of the shareholders through the electronic transfer service in the Kuwait Clearing Company. Therefore, we urge the shareholders who are not participating in the electronic transfer service for the distribution of profits to review any of the local banks in the State of Kuwait to participate in the service.
